How it works?
It's a ritual you do, whenever you feel lost

Notice when you're off
Open the app, close your eyes & speak. It listens deeply.
You're in Safe hands.
How it helps?
Life's random. Things happen
A fight. A trigger. A boundary crossed.
Or sometimes you don't know what's going on.
You're on autopilot or ...it is too much.
You don't want advice
You just need space.
So you open WhatsHappening,
close your eyes, and speak.
Not to make sense. Not to be articulate.
Just to get it out.
Contradictions. Anger. Fear.
Plans. Random thoughts.
WhatsHappening holds the space.
It listens to every part
It asks the right questions.
And something shifts.
Your mental fog lifts
You feel light
You come back to yourself.

It won't give you advice
Like a good therapist; it holds the space, connects the dots, reflects back, and asks the questions you need.
“I didn't get any answers or advice from it, but just felt so seen and grounded.”
Who is it for?
For self-aware people
in therapy, past it, or doing it solo.
And there's more
A letter from the maker
I built WhatsHappening because I needed it.
It started in 2024 with me wanting a safe space between my therapy sessions. Where I could connect to all parts of me & be seen. Go deeper with questions and have everything organised & saved safely.
Now it's my anchor. I use it to connect with myself on most mornings. When my fears get loud, a part hijacks or when anger shows up, this is where I sit with those voices. When parts of me pull in different directions, this is where they all sit down and talk - a general body meeting, inside.
The way it sees me, reflects back and catches my blind spots helps me separate myself from the part. My weekly therapy hour used to be the only place I felt this held. Over time, I needed therapy less and less & I learned to hold space for myself.
I built it from the Himalayas as my life's work.
It's a gift I made for myself. And I want to share it with you.
