How it works?

It's a ritual you do, whenever you feel lost

Notice when you're off

Notice when you're off

Open the app, close your eyes & speak. It listens deeply.

You're in Safe hands.

I go out & brain dump, sometimes even 20 minutes & all my stress is gone

It’s a diary of my emotions, wonders & whatever I am going through.

The meditations really helped me process my grief & soothe me down

This app has helped me be more self aware and much more grounded in the difficult times. It helped me compartmentalize my emotions, be compassionate with myself while being grounded in the reality. The guided meditation enabled me to contain my anxiety and emotions when they were all over the place. This app is a bundle of joy as well, with such artsy curated weekly/monthly letters to self and songs. It has def become an integrated part of my day to day life now without creating a dependency on it most importantly!!

This app has become my safe space to share my thoughts and contemplate on my inner world. I didn’t get any advice or answers from it but just felt so seen and grounded when it’s just THERE for me. I need such space in my life. Thank you for creating this ❤️

This app is a powerful window into your life. If you allow yourself to use it regularly it will structure your journal entries to reflect back the key themes going on in your life through images and key topics. I always look forward to the end of week letters and songs about what’s happening in my life — it’s always a great pick me up!

And many more
such stories…

How it helps?

Life's random. Things happen
A fight. A trigger. A boundary crossed.

Or sometimes you don't know what's going on.
You're on autopilot or ...it is too much.

You don't want advice
You just need space.

So you open WhatsHappening,
close your eyes, and speak.

Not to make sense. Not to be articulate.
Just to get it out.

Contradictions. Anger. Fear.
Plans. Random thoughts.

WhatsHappening holds the space.

It listens to every part
It asks the right questions.

And something shifts.

Your mental fog lifts
You feel light
You come back to yourself.

What it's not

It won't give you advice

Like a good therapist; it holds the space, connects the dots, reflects back, and asks the questions you need.

“I didn't get any answers or advice from it, but just felt so seen and grounded.”
~ Han, Vietnam

Who is it for?

For self-aware people
in therapy, past it, or doing it solo.

And there's more

It makes meditations & breathworks for you

Made from your own words, to bring you back to your breath, back to your body.

Every entry becomes art

It paints what you shared into a small artwork, made just for you.

Every sunday, your weekly song comes

Your emotional journey, turned into music.

You never have to organise a thing

Every entry is organised automatically. No tags, no effort.

A soulful letter comes every week

It writes back what it saw, like a close friend.

Your journals stay yours alone

Lock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint. Nobody else gets in.

A letter from the maker

I built WhatsHappening because I needed it.

It started in 2024 with me wanting a safe space between my therapy sessions. Where I could connect to all parts of me & be seen. Go deeper with questions and have everything organised & saved safely.

Now it's my anchor. I use it to connect with myself on most mornings. When my fears get loud, a part hijacks or when anger shows up, this is where I sit with those voices. When parts of me pull in different directions, this is where they all sit down and talk - a general body meeting, inside.

The way it sees me, reflects back and catches my blind spots helps me separate myself from the part. My weekly therapy hour used to be the only place I felt this held. Over time, I needed therapy less and less & I learned to hold space for myself.

I built it from the Himalayas as my life's work.

It's a gift I made for myself. And I want to share it with you.
